Xenoview (xenon xe 129 gas blend)

Xenoview (xenon Xe 129 hyperpolarized) prepared from the Xenon Xe 129 Gas Blend, is a hyperpolarized contrast agent indicated for use with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for evaluation of lung ventilation in adults and pediatric patients aged 12 years and older.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • numbness,
  • tingling,
  • fatigue,
  • anxiety,
  • dizziness
  • decreased oxygen saturation in the blood,
  • intrusive thoughts,  
  • feeling of intense excitement or happiness, and
