Vonvendi [von Willebrand factor (recombinant)] for intravenous injection is a recombinant von Willebrand factor (VWF) indicated for on-demand treatment and control of bleeding episodes in adults diagnosed with von Willebrand disease.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• nausea
• itching,
• hives, 
• difficulty breathing, 
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, 
• wheezing, 
• coughing up blood, 
• pain, swelling, warmth, or redness in one or both legs, 
• chest pain or pressure, 
• lightheadedness, and
• rapid breathing,
• tightness in your throat or chest, 
• sudden numbness or weakness (especially on one side of the body); 
• sudden cough,
