Vfend (voriconazole) is an antifungal medication used to treat infections caused by yeast or other types of fungus. Vfend may be available in generic form.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing,
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• nausea,
• itching,
• yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice)
• vomiting,
• fever,
• shortness of breath,
• tiredness,
• fluttering in your chest,
• flu-like symptoms,
• fainting,
• sore throat,
• burning eyes,
• little or no urination,
• slow heart rate,
• swelling in your feet or ankles,
• slow breathing,
• fast or pounding heartbeats,
• sudden dizziness,
• weak pulse,
• tiredness, and
• sunburn,
• skin pain, red or purple skin rash with blistering and peeling,
