Venclexta (venetoclax tablets)

Venclexta (venetoclax) is a BCL-2 inhibitor indicated for the treatment of patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) with 17p deletion, as detected by an FDA approved test, who have received at least one prior therapy.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing,
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• fever,
• chills,
• weakness, and
• cough,
• sore throat,
• painful urination,
• severe dizziness
• muscle spasms,
• easy bruising or bleeding,
• pink or bloody urine,
• low back or side pain,
• changes in the amount of urine,
