Tyrvaya (varenicline solution nasal spray)

Tyrvaya (varenicline solution) nasal spray is a cholinergic agonist indicated for the treatment of the signs and symptoms of dry eye disease.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- cough,
- sneezing,
- throat irritation, and
- instillation-site (nose) irritation.
The following drugs are related to Tyrvaya, either as a replacement or used together:
- Lacrisert (hydroxypropyl cellulose ophthalmic)
- Cequa (cyclosporine ophthalmic solution)
- Restasis (cyclosporine)
- Eysuvis (loteprednol etabonate ophthalmic suspension)
- Xiidra (lifitegrast ophthalmic solution, 5%)
- Miebo (perfluorohexyloctane ophthalmic solution)
