Triptodur (triptorelin for extended-release injectable suspension)

Triptodur (triptorelin) for extended-release injectable suspension is a gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist indicated for the treatment of pediatric patients 2 years and older with central precocious puberty.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- fast heartbeats,
- dizziness,
- pain spreading to your jaw or shoulder,
- dry mouth,
- back pain,
- severe itching,
- sweating,
- restlessness,
- chest pain or pressure,
- increased thirst,
- increased urination,
- fruity breath odor,
- muscle weakness,
- painful or difficult urination,
- sudden numbness or weakness,
- seizures,
- irritableness,
- aggression,
- slurred speech,
- hunger,
- unusual changes in mood or behavior,
- blood in your urine,
- bone pain,
- problems with balance or coordination,
- burning when you urinate,
- crying,
- loss of movement in any part of your body,
- anger,
- red skin rash,
- new or worsening mental problems,
- (in children) new or worsening signs of puberty,
- severe numbness or tingling in your legs or feet, and
- loss of bladder or bowel control
