Tridione (trimethadione) is a seizure medication (antiepileptic) used to control absence ("petit mal") seizures.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• nausea
• skin rash
• vomiting
•  headache
• abdominal pain
• fatigue
• loss of appetite
• irritability
• drowsiness
• anemia
• weakness
• hair loss
• decreased appetite
• insomnia
• spinning sensation (vertigo)
• mild dizziness
