Triamcinolone Lotion (triamcinolone acetonide lotion)

Triamcinolone Acetonide Lotion (Brand Names: Cinolar, Kenalog, Triderm) is a topical (for the skin) steroid used to treat the inflammation caused by a number of conditions such as allergic reactions, eczema, and psoriasis. The dental paste form of triamcinolone acetonide is used to treat mouth ulcers. Triamcinolone acetonide lotion is available in generic form.
The drug is often used to treat Psoriasis .
This drug may have the following side effects:

- irritation,
- redness,
- peeling, or
- dryness when first applied to the skin.
