Trazimera (trastuzumab-qyyp for injection)

Trazimera (trastuzumab-qyyp) is a HER2/neu receptor antagonist indicated for the treatment of HER2-overexpressing breast cancer and the treatment of HER2-overexpressing metastatic gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• diarrhea,
• nausea,
• diarrhea,
• headache,
• cough,
• anemia,
• fever,
• weight loss,
• chills,
• insomnia,
• rash,
• low blood platelets (thrombocytopenia),
• changes in taste
• infection,
• fatigue,
• congestive heart failure,
• upper respiratory tract infections,
• low white blood cell count (neutropenia),
• inflammation of mouth and lips,
• mucosal inflammation,
• runny or stuffy nose, and
