Ultracet (tramadol hydrochloride and acetaminophen tablets)

Ultracet (tramadol and acetaminophen) is a combination medication belonging to the drug class known as nonopiod analgesic. Ultracet is prescribed for the short-term relief of moderate to moderately-severe pain.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • nausea,
  • upper stomach pain,
  • loss of appetite,
  • dark urine,
  • vomiting,
  • fever,
  • lightheadedness,
  • yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
  • chest pain,
  • dizziness,
  • diarrhea
  • sweating,
  • noisy breathing,
  • agitation,
  • slow heart rate,
  • shallow breathing,
  • hallucinations,
  • twitching,
  • fast heart rate,
  • muscle stiffness,
  • loss of coordination, and
  • sighing,
  • breathing that stops during sleep,
  • weak pulse,
  • worsening tiredness or weakness,
  • convulsions (seizure),
