Yondelis (trabectedin for injection)

Yondelis (trabectedin) for injection is an alkylating drug indicated for the treatment of patients with unresectable or metastatic liposarcoma or leiomyosarcoma who received a prior anthracycline-containing regimen.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• shortness of breath,
• nausea,
• headache,
• vomiting,
• diarrhea,
• constipation,
• joint pain,
• anemia,
• insomnia,
• low platelet count (thrombocytopenia),
• muscle pain,
• fatigue,
• decreased appetite,
• low white blood cell count (neutropenia),
• swelling of the hands and feet,
• increased ALT,
• increased AST, and
• increased creatine phosphokinase.
