Tivdak (tisotumab vedotin-tftv for injection)

Tivdak (tisotumab vedotin-tftv) is a tissue factor-directed antibody and microtubule inhibitor conjugate used to treat adult patients with recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer with disease progression on or after chemotherapy.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing,
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• vision changes,
• feeling like something is in your eye,
• bleeding
• blurry vision,
• excessive tearing from the eye,
• swollen eye lids,
• numbness and tingling of your arms and legs,
• severe vision loss,
• redness and pain in the eye,
• pain when looking at bright lights,
• discharge from the eye,  
• itchy eyes, and
