Timolide (timolol maleate-hydrochlorothiazide) is a combination beta-blocker and diuretic used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). The brand name Timolide is discontinued, but generic versions may be available.

• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• lightheadedness,
• shortness of breath,
• confusion,
• tiredness,
• dizziness,
• severe headache,
• blurred vision,
• weight gain,
• joint pain,
• wheezing,
• fatigue,
• fainting,
• sweating,
• weakness,
• cough,
• noisy breathing,
• chest pain or pressure,
• fast, slow, or irregular heartbeat,
• muscle cramps,
• seizures,
• red or pink urine,
• slurred speech, and
• inability to speak,
• irregular breathing,
• joint stiffness or swelling,
• pain in your side or back,
• fixed eye position,
• bulging neck veins,
• sudden numbness, especially on one side of the body,
• temporary loss of vision
