WP-Thyroid (thyroid tablets)

WP Thyroid (thyroid tablets) is a natural product made from animal thyroid glands used to treat hypothyroidism (low thyroid hormone), to treat or prevent goiter (enlarged thyroid gland). It is also given as part of a medical test for thyroid disorders.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing, and
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat
