Thiotepa (thiotepa injection)

Thiotepa injection is a cancer (antineoplastic) medication used in the treatment of cancers of the breast, ovary, bladder, and others.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- dark urine,
- fever,
- easy bruising,
- unusual bleeding,
- pale skin,
- cold hands and feet,
- confusion,
- chills,
- tiredness,
- stomach pain,
- yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
- seizure,
- dry mouth,
- headache,
- wheezing,
- mouth sores,
- drowsiness,
- rapid weight gain,
- hallucinations,
- skin sores,
- trouble swallowing or talking,
- blood in your urine,
- bloating,
- sores or white patches in or around your mouth,
- bad breath,
- altered sense of taste,
- changes in behavior or personality,
- problems with memory, speech, or thought,
- twitching muscles,
- overactive reflexes, and
- problems with coordination or movement
