Vogelxo (testosterone) Gel is testosterone, an androgen, used for replacement therapy in adult males for conditions associated with a deficiency or absence of endogenous testosterone, including primary or hypogonadotropic hypogonadism (congenital or acquired).

This drug may have the following side effects:

• headache,
• high blood pressure,
• insomnia,
• mood swings,
• acne, and
• hot flushes,
• application site reactions,
• enlargement of breast tissue in males (gynecomastia),
• spontaneous erection,
• disorders of taste or smell,
• changes in sexual desire,
• increased blood hematocrit/hemoglobin
