Testim 1% (testosterone gel) is a form of testosterone, a naturally occurring male hormone, used to treat conditions in men that result from a lack of natural testosterone.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• headache,

• changes in sex drive,
• depressed mood,
• hot flashes,
• mood swings,
• breast swelling or tenderness,
• increased blood pressure,
• increased acne or hair growth,
• hot flushes,
