Terazol (terconazole) Vaginal Cream or Suppository is an antifungal medication used to treat vaginal candida (yeast) infections. Terazol is available in generic form.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• headache,
• increased vaginal/urethral burning/itching/pain, or
• menstrual cramps.

The following drugs are related to Terazol 3, Terazol 7, either as a replacement or used together:

• Brexafemme (ibrexafungerp tablets)
• Clindesse (clindamycin phosphate)
• Diflucan (fluconazole)
• Nizoral (ketoconazole)
• Ketoconazole Cream (ketoconazole cream)
• Vandazole (metronidazole vaginal gel)
