Tepmetko (tepotinib tablets)
type of MET Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors
Tepmetko (tepotinib) is a kinase inhibitor used to treat adult patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) harboring mesenchymal-epithelial transition (MET) exon 14 skipping alterations.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- nausea,
- vomiting,
- diarrhea,
- shortness of breath,
- constipation,
- musculoskeletal pain,
- fatigue,
- cough,
- abdominal pain,
- pneumonia,
- decreased lymphocytes,
- fluid retention (edema),
- decreased hemoglobin
- increased ALT,
- decreased albumin,
- fluid buildup around the lungs,
- decreased sodium,
- increased gamma-glutamyltransferase,
- increased amylase,
- increased AST, and
