Tepmetko (tepotinib tablets)

Tepmetko (tepotinib) is a kinase inhibitor used to treat adult patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) harboring mesenchymal-epithelial transition (MET) exon 14 skipping alterations.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • nausea,
  • vomiting,
  • diarrhea,
  • shortness of breath,
  • constipation,
  • musculoskeletal pain,
  • fatigue,
  • cough,
  • abdominal pain,
  • pneumonia,
  • decreased lymphocytes,
  • fluid retention (edema),
  • decreased hemoglobin
  • increased ALT,
  • decreased albumin,
  • fluid buildup around the lungs,
  • decreased sodium,
  • increased gamma-glutamyltransferase,
  • increased amylase,
  • increased AST, and
