Tepezza (teprotumumab-trbw for injection, for intravenous use)

Tepezza (teprotumumab-trbw) is an insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor inhibitor used to treat Thyroid Eye disease.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • shortness of breath,
  • fast heartbeats,
  • headache,
  • increased thirst,
  • increased urination,
  • anxiety,
  • dry mouth, and
  • fruity breath odor
  • muscle pain,
  • stomach cramps,
  • feeling hot,
  • rectal bleeding,
  • diarrhea (with or without blood),
  • bowel movements that occur suddenly,
  • loss of bowel control,
  • feeling like you are not completely emptying your bowels,
