Tenivac (tetanus and diphtheria toxoids adsorbed) is a vaccine used for active immunization for the prevention of tetanus and diphtheria in persons 7 years of age and older.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- fast heartbeats,
- dizziness,
- seizure,
- fainting,
- weakness,
- high fever, and
- severe pain, swelling, redness, or bleeding where the shot was given,
- unusual behavior
