Tnkase (tenecteplase)

TNKase (tenecteplase) is a tissue plasminogen activator (TPA) used to prevent death from a heart attack (acute myocardial infarction). TNKase works by causing the body to over-produce a substance called plasmin to dissolve unwanted blood clots.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- easy bruising,
- lightheadedness,
- shortness of breath,
- severe headache,
- blurred vision,
- pounding in your neck or ears,
- swelling,
- vomiting
- nosebleed,
- muscle weakness,
- rapid weight gain,
- anxiety,
- slurred speech,
- bloody or tarry stools,
- coughing up blood,
- vomit that looks like coffee grounds,
- bleeding that will not stop,
- severe pain in your upper stomach spreading to your back,
- little or no urinating,
- very slow heartbeats,
- bleeding gums,
- nosebleeds,
- bleeding from a wound, incision, catheter, or needle injection,
- red or pink urine,
- sudden severe back pain,
- numbness or loss of feeling in your arms or legs,
- darkening or purple discoloration of your fingers or toes,
- sudden severe headache,
- nausea, and
- problems with vision,
- sudden numbness or weakness (especially one side of the body),
- difficulty with balance,
