Tyzeka (telbivudine)

Tyzeka (telbivudine) is an antiviral medication used to treat chronic hepatitis B in adults. Tyzeka will not cure hepatitis.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • nausea
  • dizziness
  • vomiting
  • diarrhea
  •  joint pain
  •  headache
  • sore throat
  • cough
  • low fever
  • sleep problems (insomnia)
  • bloating
  • tiredness
  • muscle aches
  • itching or mild skin rash
  • back pain, or

  • Engerix-B (hepatitis b vaccine recombinant)
  • Epivir (lamivudine)
  • Epivir-HBV (lamivudine tablets and oral solution)
  • Mavyret (glecaprevir and pibrentasvir)
  • Havrix (hepatitis a vaccine, inactivated)
  • Vaqta (hepatitis a vaccine, inactivated)
  • Recombivax (hepatitis b vaccine (recombinant))
  • PreHevbrio (hepatitis b vaccine (recombinant) injectable suspension)
  • Roferon-A (interferon alfa-2a, recombinant)
  • Intron A (interferon alfa-2b, recombinant for injection)
