Tazverik (tazemetostat tablets)

Tazverik (tazemetostat) is a methyltransferase inhibitor used to treat adults and pediatric patients aged 16 years and older with metastatic or locally advanced epithelioid sarcoma not eligible for complete resection.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing,
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• fever,
• easy bruising,
• unusual bleeding,
• pale skin,
• cold hands and feet,
• chills,
• tiredness,
• unusual tiredness,
• mouth sores,
• skin sores,
• shortness of breath
• lightheadedness, and
• bone pain,
