Tasmar (tolcapone)

type of Antiparkinson Agents, COMT Inhibitors

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing,
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• nausea,
• loss of appetite,
• dark urine,
• lightheadedness,
• confusion,
• tiredness,
• clay-colored stools,
• yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), and
• right-sided upper stomach pain,
• hallucinations,
• unusual thoughts or behavior,
• muscle spasms,
• severe or ongoing diarrhea,
• stiffness,
• worsening tremors,
• increased urges to gamble or sexual urges
