Zioptan (tafluprost)

type of Antiglaucoma, Prostaglandin Agonists

Zioptan (tafluprost ophthalmic solution) is a fluorinated analog of prostaglandin F2a indicated for reducing elevated intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing,
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• blurred vision,
• vision changes,
• eye pain
• burning, dry, or itching eyes,
• discharge or tearing of the eyes,
• redness, pain, or swelling of the eye, eyelid, or inner lining of the eyelid, and
