Striant (testosterone)

Striant (testosterone) buccal system is an androgen, a naturally occurring male sex hormone, used to treat men with low testosterone levels.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • shortness of breath,
  • rapid breathing,
  • pain spreading to your jaw or shoulder,
  • swelling,
  • wheezing,
  • chest pain or pressure,
  • sudden cough,
  • rapid weight gain,
  • coughing up blood, and
  • loss of bladder control,
  • pain, swelling, warmth, or redness in one or both legs
  • breathing problems during sleep,
  • severe gum or mouth irritation,
  • increased urination (especially at night),
  • very little urine,
  • weak stream of urine,
