Zanosar (streptozocin)

Zanosar (streptozocin) is an antineoplastic (anticancer) medication used to treat cancer of the pancreas.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- nausea
- vomiting
- diarrhea
- loss of appetite
- drowsiness
- confusion
- depression, or injection site reactions (swelling, redness, burning, or tenderness).
