Spiriva Respimat (tiotropium bromide inhalation spray)

Spiriva Respimat (tiotropium bromide) Inhalation Spray is an anticholinergic drug used for the long-term, once-daily, maintenance treatment of bronchospasm associated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), including chronic bronchitis and emphysema. Spiriva Respimat is indicated to reduce exacerbations in COPD patients.
The drug is often used to treat Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease .
This drug may have the following side effects:
- dizziness,
- blurred vision,
- indigestion,
- diarrhea,
- cough,
- sore throat,
- constipation,
- fever, and
- dry mouth,
- runny nose,
- urinary retention,
- upper respiratory tract infection,
- difficulty urinating,
- urinary tract infection (UTI),
- oral thrush,
- high blood pressure.
