Spevigo (spesolimab-sbzo) is an interleukin-36 receptor antagonist indicated for the treatment of generalized pustular psoriasis flares in adults.

The drug is often used to treat Psoriasis .

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing,
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• itching,
• fever,
• lightheadedness,
• shortness of breath,
• chills,
• dizziness,
• muscle aches,
• fainting,
• sweating,
• cough,
• mouth sores,
• chest tightness,
• cough with bloody mucus,
• swollen lymph nodes
• skin rash that is different from your psoriasis,

• Soriatane (acitretin)
• Otezla (apremilast tablets)
• Enbrel (etanercept)
• Ilumya (tildrakizumab-asmn injection, for subcutaneous use)
