Sorine (sotalol hydrochloride tablets) is an antiarrhythmic drug indicated for the treatment of documented ventricular arrhythmias, such as sustained ventricular tachycardia, that in the judgment of the physician are life-threatening.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • lightheadedness,
  • chest pain,
  • fluttering in your chest,
  • swelling,
  • fast or pounding heartbeats,
  • sudden dizziness,
  • shortness of breath
  • slow heartbeats,
  • rapid weight gain, and
