Sunosi (solriamfetol) is a dopamine and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (DNRI) indicated to improve wakefulness in adult patients with excessive daytime sleepiness associated with narcolepsy or obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing,
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• severe headache,
• fast or pounding heartbeats,
• blurred vision, and
• pounding in your neck or ears
• racing thoughts,
• increased energy,
• decreased need for sleep,
• feeling agitated or irritable,
• ongoing sleep problems,

• Adderall (amphetamine, dextroamphetamine mixed salts)
• Nuvigil (armodafinil)
• Xywav (calcium, magnesium, potassium, and sodium oxybates oral solution)

• Dexedrine Spansule (dextroamphetamine capsules)
• Zenzedi (dextroamphetamine sulfate tablets, usp)
