VESIcare (solifenacin succinate)

Vesicare (solifenacin) is a muscarinic receptor antagonist that reduces muscle spasms of the bladder muscles and is used to treat the symptoms of overactive bladder such as incontinence, urinary frequency, and urgency.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • nausea,
  • confusion,
  • chest pain,
  • weakness,
  • little or no urination,
  • severe stomach pain,
  • loss of movement
  • vision changes,
  • eye pain,
  • pain or burning when you urinate,
  • seeing halos around lights,
  • tingly feeling,
  • feeling very thirsty or hot,
  • being unable to urinate,
  • hallucination,
  • hot and dry skin,
  • heavy sweating,
  • irregular heartbeats, and
  • constipation for 3 days or longer,

  • Gemtesa (vibegron tablets)
  • Oxytrol (oxybutynin transdermal)
  • Sanctura (trospium chloride tablets)
  • Sanctura XR (trospium chloride extended release capsule)
