Sanctura XR (trospium chloride) is a muscarinic antagonist that relieves spasms of the bladder used to treat overactive bladder and symptoms of urinary incontinence, frequency, and urgency.

The drug is often used to treat Urinary incontinence .

This drug may have the following side effects:

• dizziness,
• blurred vision,
• headache
• constipation,
• dry eyes,
• gas,
• stomach upset,
• dry nose,
• drowsiness, or
• dry mouth or throat,
