Trodelvy (sacituzumab govitecan-hziy for injection, for iv use)

Trodelvy (sacituzumab govitecan-hziy) is a Trop-2-directed antibody and topoisomerase inhibitor conjugate used to treat adult patients with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (mTNBC) who have received at least two prior therapies for metastatic disease.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- itching,
- fever,
- pale skin,
- lightheadedness,
- shortness of breath,
- cold hands and feet,
- chills,
- dizziness,
- sweating,
- cough,
- unusual tiredness,
- sore throat,
- mouth sores,
- lightheadedness
- trouble breathing,
- pain or burning when you urinate,
- skin sores,
- black or bloody stools,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- diarrhea and diarrhea lasting longer than 24 hours,
- severe or ongoing vomiting, and
