Rubraca Tablets (rucaparib)

Rubraca (rucaparib tablets) is a poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) inhibitor indicated as monotherapy for the treatment of patients with deleterious BRCA mutation (germline and/or somatic) associated advanced ovarian cancer who have been treated with two or more chemotherapies. Patients are selected for therapy based on an FDA-approved companion diagnostic for Rubraca.

This drug may have the following side effects:

• hives,
• difficulty breathing,
• swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
• fever,
• easy bruising,
• pale skin,
• lightheadedness,
• cough,
• unusual tiredness,
• sore throat,
• shortness of breath, and
• mouth sores,
• skin sores,
• unusual bleeding (nose, mouth, vagina, or rectum),
• purple or red pinpoint spots under your skin,
• blood in your urine,
• cold hands and feet
