Ruxience (rituximab-pvvr injection)

Ruxience (rituximab-pvvr) is a CD20-directed cytolytic antibody indicated for the treatment of adult patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), and granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) (Wegener's Granulomatosis) and microscopic polyangiitis (MPA) in adult patients in combination with glucocorticoids. Ruxience is biosimilar to Rituxan (rituximab).

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • itching,
  • vomiting,
  • fever,
  • lightheadedness,
  • shortness of breath,
  • confusion,
  • chills,
  • tiredness,
  • yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice),
  • dizziness,
  • pain spreading to your jaw or shoulder,
  • fluttering in your chest,
  • constipation,
  • headache,
  • wheezing,
  • weakness,
  • cough,
  • chest pain or pressure,
  • sore throat,
  • skin pain,
  • red or purple skin rash with blistering and peeling,
  • sudden cough,
  • muscle cramps,
  • severe stomach pain,
  • irregular heartbeats,
  • pounding heartbeats,
  • vision changes,
  • bloody or tarry stools,
  • pain or burning when you urinate,
  • cold or flu symptoms,
  • memory problems,
  • burning in your eyes,
  • decreased urination, and
  • fast or slow heartrate,
  • weakness on one side of your body,
  • changes in your mental state,
  • problem with speech or walking,
  • painful skin or mouth sores,
  • severe skin rash with blistering, peeling, or pus,
  • redness, warmth, or swelling of the skin,
  • earache,
  • tingling in your hands and feet or around you mouth
