Rituxan Hycela (rituximab and hyaluronidase human injection)

Rituxan Hycela (rituximab and hyaluronidase human) injection is a combination of a CD20-directed cytolytic antibody and an endoglycosidase, indicated for the treatment of adult patients with: Follicular Lymphoma (FL), Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL), and Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL).

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • nausea,
  • loss of appetite,
  • itching,
  • vomiting,
  • diarrhea,
  • fever,
  • pale skin,
  • lightheadedness,
  • shortness of breath,
  • cold hands and feet,
  • chills,
  • tiredness,
  • chest pain,
  • dizziness,
  • fluttering in your chest,
  • wheezing,
  • weakness,
  • cough,
  • unusual tiredness,
  • sore throat,
  • burning eyes,
  • skin pain,
  • red or purple skin rash with blistering and peeling,
  • little or no urination,
  • headaches,
  • mouth sores,
  • sudden cough,
  • muscle cramps,
  • right-sided upper stomach pain,
  • severe stomach pain,
  • pounding heartbeats,
  • pain or burning when you urinate,
  • skin sores,
  • cold or flu symptoms,
  • difficulty with speech, thought, vision, or muscle movement,
  • feeling unwell,
  • tingling in your hands and feet or around your mouth,
  • yellowing of your skin or eyes,
  • sores or white patches in your mouth or throat,
  • fast or slow heart rate, and
  • severe vomiting,
  • earaches,
  • painful skin sores with redness, warmth, or swelling,
