Skyrizi (risankizumab-rzaa injection)

Skyrizi (risankizumab-rzaa) is an interleukin-23 antagonist indicated for the treatment of moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis in adults who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • loss of appetite,
  • rash,
  • diarrhea,
  • fever,
  • night sweats,
  • easy bruising,
  • unusual bleeding,
  • pale skin,
  • shortness of breath,
  • chills,
  • body aches,
  • stomach pain,
  • sweating,
  • cough,
  • increased urination,
  • mouth sores,
  • red or swollen gums,
  • weight loss, and
  • burning when you urinate,
  • changes in skin color,
  • feeling very tired
  • bloody mucus,
  • skin sores from psoriasis,
  • redness, blisters, itching, burning, cracking or peeling of the skin,
