Rinvoq (upadacitinib extended-release tablets)

Rinvoq (upadacitinib) is a Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adults with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to methotrexate.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • nausea,
  • loss of appetite,
  • itching,
  • dark urine,
  • rash,
  • vomiting,
  • fever,
  • pale skin,
  • stomach pain,
  • fainting,
  • unusual tiredness,
  • severe stomach pain,
  • severe dizziness, and
  • trouble breathing
  • fast heartbeat,
  • severe dizziness,
  • severe nausea or vomiting,
  • yellowing eyes or skin (jaundice),
  • swelling of the face, tongue, throat,
