Tiglutik (riluzole oral suspension)

Tiglutik (riluzole) is indicated for the treatment of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • nausea,
  • loss of appetite,
  • itching,
  • yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice)
  • fever,
  • shortness of breath,
  • tiredness,
  • wheezing,
  • sore throat,
  • stomach pain (upper right side),
  • mouth sores,
  • dark urine, and
  • skin sores,
  • cough with mucus,
  • dry cough,
  • sudden chest pain,
The following drugs are related to Tiglutik, either as a replacement or used together:
  • Radicava (edaravone injection)
  • Radicava ORS (edaravone oral suspension)
  • Qaslody (tofersen injection, for intrathecal use)
  • Rilutek (riluzole)
