Zynyz (retifanlimab-dlwr)
type of PD-1PD-L1 Inhibitors
Zynyz (retifanlimab-dlwr) is a programmed death receptor-1 (PD-1)–blocking antibody indicated for the treatment of adult patients with metastatic or recurrent locally advanced Merkel cell carcinoma.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- loss of appetite,
- itching,
- dark urine,
- rash,
- diarrhea,
- fever,
- easy bruising,
- unusual bleeding,
- shortness of breath,
- tiredness,
- stomach pain,
- chest pain,
- dizziness,
- constipation,
- fainting,
- cough,
- increased thirst,
- headaches,
- mood changes,
- irritability,
- hair loss,
- feeling cold,
- hunger,
- severe nausea,
- yellowing of your skin or eyes (jaundice),
- frequent urination,
- increased sweating,
- red or pink urine,
- little or no urine,
- severe vomiting,
- decreased sex drive,
- black or tarry stools,
- swollen lymph nodes
- forgetfulness,
- weight gain or loss,
- flu-like symptoms, and
- swelling of your feet or ankles,
- skin that blisters or peels,
- pain on the right side of your abdomen,
- increase sensitivity to light,
- rapid heart beat,
- deepened voice,
- sores in your mouth or nose, throat, or genital area,
