Stivarga (regorafenib tablets)

Stivarga (regorafenib) is a kinase inhibitor used to treat patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (CRC).
This drug may have the following side effects:
- diarrhea,
- weakness,
- weight loss,
- stomach pain,
- tiredness,
- infection,
- high blood pressure (hypertension),
- weakness/fatigue,
- loss of appetite and decreased food intake,
- hand-foot skin reaction (HFSR),
- voice changes or hoarseness, and
- swelling, pain, and redness of the lining of your mouth, throat, stomach, and bowel.
