Ultomiris (ravulizumab-cwvz injection)
type of Monoclonal Antibodies, Complement Inhibitors
Ultomiris (ravulizumab-cwvz) is a complement inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adult patients with paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH).
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- lightheadedness,
- confusion,
- tiredness,
- stomach pain,
- chest pain,
- trouble swallowing,
- loss of consciousness
- pain or burning when you urinate,
- blood in your urine,
- unusual vaginal bleeding,
- fever with a headache,
- seizure, and
- your eyes may be more sensitive to light,
- muscle pain with flu-like symptoms,
- fever with a rash,
- headache and stiffness in your neck or back,
- headache with nausea or vomiting,
- pain or swelling of the genital or rectal area,
- foul discharge from the penis or vagina,
- trouble having an erection,
