Ranexa (ranolazine) is an anti-anginal medication prescribed to treat chronic angina.

• little or no urination,
• painful or difficult urination,
• swelling in your feet or ankles,
• fast or pounding heartbeats,
• shortness of breath
• feeling tired, and
