Xofigo (radium Ra 223 dichloride) is a radiotherapeutic drug used to treat patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer, symptomatic bone metastases and no known visceral metastatic disease.

The drug is often used to treat Prostate cancer .

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • hives,
  • difficulty breathing,
  • swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
  • fever,
  • easy bruising,
  • unusual bleeding,
  • pale skin,
  • lightheadedness,
  • shortness of breath,
  • cold hands and feet,
  • tiredness,
  • cough
  • unusual tiredness,
  • little or no urination,
  • mouth sores,
  • swelling in your feet or ankles,
  • skin sores,
  • purple or red spots under your skin,
  • feeling very thirsty or hot,
  • being unable to urinate,
  • hot and dry skin,
  • heavy sweating,
  • sore throat, and
