Rabavert (rabies vaccine)

RabAvert (rabies vaccine) is used to prevent rabies in people who have been exposed to the rabies virus.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- hives,
- difficulty breathing,
- swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat,
- trouble speaking or swallowing
- very high fever,
- tingling or prickly feeling in your fingers or toes,
- weakness or unusual feeling in your arms and legs,
- problems with balance or eye movement, and

- HyperRAB (rabies immune globulin [human]) for intramuscular administration)
