Synercid (quinupristin and dalfopristin)

Synercid I.V. (quinupristin and dalfopristin) for Injection is a combination antibiotic used to treat severe infections in the blood and other body systems.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- nausea,
- headache,
- dizziness,
- diarrhea,
- sleep problems (insomnia),
- constipation,
- skin rash or itching,
- joint or muscle pain,

vomiting,

vaginal itching or
discharge, or
- local reactions where the IV needle is placed (pain, swelling, or irritation).
