Qinlock (ripretinib tablets)

Qinlock (ripretinib) is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adult patients with advanced gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) who have received prior treatment with 3 or more kinase inhibitors, including imatinib.

This drug may have the following side effects:
  • nausea,
  • vomiting,
  • diarrhea,
  • constipation,
  • fatigue,
  • abdominal pain,
  • hair loss,
  • muscle pain,
  • decreased appetite,
  • decreased phosphate
  • hand-foot syndrome (palmar¬plantar erythrodysesthesia),
  • increased lipase, and
The following drugs are related to Qinlock, either as a replacement or used together:
  • Cyramza (ramucirumab solution for intravenous infusion)
  • Taxotere (docetaxel for injection)
  • Herceptin (trastuzumab)
  • Keytruda (pembrolizumab for injection)
  • Mutamycin (mitomycin)
