Qinlock (ripretinib tablets)
type of PDGFR-alpha Inhibitors
Qinlock (ripretinib) is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adult patients with advanced gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) who have received prior treatment with 3 or more kinase inhibitors, including imatinib.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- nausea,
- vomiting,
- diarrhea,
- constipation,
- fatigue,
- abdominal pain,
- hair loss,
- muscle pain,
- decreased appetite,
- decreased phosphate
- hand-foot syndrome (palmar¬plantar erythrodysesthesia),
- increased lipase, and
The following drugs are related to Qinlock, either as a replacement or used together:
- Cyramza (ramucirumab solution for intravenous infusion)
- Taxotere (docetaxel for injection)
- Herceptin (trastuzumab)
- Keytruda (pembrolizumab for injection)
- Mutamycin (mitomycin)
