Rythmol (propafenone)

Rythmol (propafenone hydrochloride) is a Class IC anti-arrhythmic used to prevent serious heart rhythm disorders. Rythmol is available in generic form.
This drug may have the following side effects:
- shortness of breath,
- nausea,
- headache,
- palpitations,
- dizziness,
- blurred vision,
- vomiting,
- weakness,
- constipation,
- tremor,
- loss of appetite,
- tiredness,
- anxiety,
- ringing in your ears,
- fatigue,
- diarrhea, or
- loss of balance or coordination,
- metallic/salty/unpleasant/unusual taste in the mouth,
- unusual dreams,
- fast or slow heartbeat,
- warmth, redness, or tingly feeling under your skin.
